Synexis Tech Solution — Refund Policy
Clear, fair and simple refund terms for domains and hosting

Refund Policy for Domains
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Exceptions and additional details:
- If you received a free domain with a hosting plan and later cancel the hosting plan, we will issue a partial refund for the hosting; the cost of the domain will be deducted from that refund.
- If we fail to provision a purchased domain within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund for the domain purchase.
- All listed prices apply to standard domains only. Premium domains are not included in the listed prices.
- We do not currently provide an automated premium-domain checker during beta. If a selected domain is later found to be premium, we will notify you and offer a refund or an account credit based on your preference.
- Domains used to host phishing, abusive, or otherwise policy-violating content may be suspended by the registrar. Synexis Tech Solution is not responsible for registrar suspensions, and domains suspended for these reasons are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Hosting Services
We aim to resolve hosting issues within 72 working hours (Mon–Fri). If we cannot, you may be entitled to a refund under the following conditions and limits.
- Applying a promocode during checkout makes the service non-refundable, regardless of the discount amount.
- If you claimed free migration with reseller hosting and cancel after migrating accounts, migration charges will be deducted: $4 for under 100 migrated accounts, $10 for over 100.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, all of the following must be true:
- The refund request applies only to your first hosting order. Renewals are not refundable.
- Multiple accounts managed by the same person are not eligible.
- You must be a new customer (not an existing or past Synexis Tech Solution customer).
- There must be no service abuse or misuse (see our CPU, Bandwidth, Disk Usage and Account Security policies).
- You must not have initiated a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.
- Refunds cover the base plan price only; add-ons and extras are non-refundable.
- Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a free domain during signup, the domain's actual cost will be deducted from the refund.
- For plans with billing cycles of 3 months or more, the used duration will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund requests outside the stated windows or failing to meet the eligibility conditions will not be processed.
Refund Policy for VPS & Dedicated Servers
VPS and Dedicated Server purchases are non-refundable. Server licenses are also non-refundable. Please review your configuration carefully before purchase.
Service Cancellation and Refunds
If Synexis Tech Solution cancels a service for reasons other than a terms-of-service breach, a refund will be issued according to our internal policies. If you breach the terms (for example, through abuse or misuse), we may withhold any refund.
Synexis Tech Solution staff may cancel services for inappropriate behavior toward support staff (abusive language, defamatory reviews, or other actions that harm Synexis Tech Solution’s reputation). In these cases we will:
- Provide a 7-day notice for you to back up your data.
- Terminate the service after the notice period; refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances.
Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments
Crypto payments are typically non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions and the difficulty of reversing them. If you paid by cryptocurrency, refunds are only possible in exceptional cases and at our discretion.

If you have questions or want to request a refund, email our support team at support@synexistechsolution.com.np. Refunds are usually credited within 7–15 days, depending on the payment gateway.
