Synexistech Solution

Unlimited Hosting Policy

Clear terms for our "Unlimited" and unmetered hosting products — what is allowed, what is not, and how we manage resources to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Effective date: October 19, 2025

Changelog:
  • 2025-10-19 — Policy created and published for Synexistech Solution (initial release).

Scope & Purpose

This policy explains how Synexistech Solution defines "Unlimited" and "Unmetered" for our shared and reseller hosting products and the limits that apply. Please read it before purchasing or using our unlimited hosting services.

Shared Hosting Limitations

For our shared hosting plans (Shared, Cloud, WordPress), the following technical limitations apply to protect overall server health:

Reseller Hosting Limitations

For Reseller hosting, these rules apply:

Bandwidth & File Transfer

We do not impose a fixed monthly bandwidth cap on accounts. That said:

CPU, RAM, I/O and Processes

Different plans have different resource allowances. If an account exceeds the allowed CPU/RAM/IO/process limits repeatedly (for example, more than five times in a 24-hour window), you will be required to upgrade to a higher plan (VPS or dedicated). Failure to upgrade may result in cancellation of the subscription; refunds (if any) will be prorated after deducting days used.

SQL Databases

Large databases can degrade shared server performance. As guidance:

Email Accounts

To protect mail system performance, each email account is limited to 5 GB of storage. Accounts exceeding this limit may be asked to remove or archive mail; persistent overuse may lead to account restrictions.

Reseller Unlimited Accounts

Reseller Unlimited plans allow you to create an unlimited number of cPanel accounts. However, creating many accounts does not bypass resource limits — if the reseller account causes server performance degradation (high CPU, DDoS, excessive I/O), we will require you to migrate to a VPS or dedicated server.

What "Unlimited" Means — and What It Does Not

"Unlimited" indicates that we do not impose a strict numeric cap for normal small-to-medium website operations. It does not mean unrestricted use for high-volume or server-intensive activities. Examples of uses that are NOT covered by "Unlimited" include:

Enforcement Process

When we detect policy violations or excessive resource use we will:

  1. Send a notice describing the issue and recommended remediation.
  2. Allow a reasonable remediation window (typically 48 hours) to correct the problem.
  3. If unresolved, suspend the account and provide an additional 24 hours to remedy the issue. In urgent or abusive situations (security or DDoS), we may suspend immediately.
  4. Repeated or severe violations may lead to termination without refund for the period in violation.

Refunds and Billing

If a subscription is cancelled for violating this policy, refunds are evaluated per our standard billing terms. Where cancellation is for performance reasons we will prorate refunds after deducting usage days if applicable. Abuse-related terminations may not be eligible for refunds.
